The NSF-I/UCRC cMUSIC, supported by the National Science Foundation and cMUSIC members, will focus on manufacturing ultrasound systems for intelligent care including sensing, imaging, therapy and drug delivery, building from the complementary strengths of researchers at North Carolina State University (including researchers from the UNC & NCSU Joint Department of Biomedical Engineering) and the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (UIUC), working in close collaboration with industry partners.
